Equipment functions:
● The mesh belt infrared heating rapid sintering furnace is used for the sintering process of solar cells.
● The entire time is about 120 seconds, divided into four stages: drying, pre firing, sintering, and cooling.
● Drying section: Organic solvents and moisture quickly evaporate, using medium wave tube assisted hot air heating method
● Pre firing section: using medium wave tube for good infrared radiation, balanced absorption and penetration ability, and obtaining sufficient and uniform preheating of the substrate
● Sintering section: Using shortwave tubes for heating, the substrate can reach eutectic temperature in a very short time
● Conveyor belt: Cr20Ni80 metal material belt
● Temperature range: 500-800 ℃
● Power supply: three-phase five wire 380V 50Hz

Scope of application: Suitable for high-temperature sintering of products in industries such as photovoltaic panels, glass, ceramics, etc.
